I CAN RELATE TO THE STRESSORS OF COVID-19 AND HOW IT CONTINUES TO WEIGH ON OUR LIVES, INCLUDING, THE FEELING OF ISOLATION AND LONELINESS. GETTING THE PROPER MIND CARE SHOULD NOT BE ANOTHER THING TO WORRY ABOUT. TELEHEALTH GIVES YOU ACCESS TO THE SAME RESOURCES AS AN IN-OFFICE VISIT WOULD AND STUDIES HAVE SHOWN IT TO BE JUST AS EFFECTIVE. I LOOK FORWARD TO FULLY CONNECTING IN PERSON WHEN IT'S SAFER.

Marriage counseling focuses on the needs of the couple. Family counseling can include any number of people in the family. You can address the core problems during marriage therapy and/or work on the resulting issues in family therapy. We will provide tools for rebuilding trust, reconnecting intimacy, establishing and maintaining boundaries, healthy and effective communication, managing conflict, and much more.
Sexuality is the way people experience and express themselves sexually. This involves biological, erotic, physical, emotional, social, or spiritual feelings and behaviors. We provide a safe space where we can help you enhance or restore your enjoyment of physical intimacy. and/or get to the root of distress or confusion about your sexual feelings or behaviors; including, fetishes, addictions, fantasies, fears, memories, or desires about sexuality.
Faith based counseling, combines behavioral science, found in most counseling practices, with teachings found in scripture. It allows you to find healing through God rather than oneself or another person. Your faith is the critical source of strength. Restoring that connection supports with finding meaning in life and can be instrumental in promoting healing and well-being.

DBT teaches how to be present, develop healthy coping, regulate emotions, and improve relationships. Commonly used to help people who have personality disorders, exhibiting self-destructive behaviors (such as self-harm and substance use disorder), and can be used to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
CBT helps you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave by identifying thinking errors and challenging irrational thoughts. It's most commonly used to treat anxiety and depression, but can be useful for other mental and physical health problems.
SFBT is a short-term goal-focused which by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems. SFBT is hope friendly, positive emotion eliciting, future-oriented for formulating, motivating, achieving, and sustaining desired behavioral change. Commonly used with depression, anxiety, self-esteem and setting goals
RT helps learn about healthy boundaries and consistent, secure attachments to others through the therapeutic relationship. These teachings are observed in therapy and reinforced by the experience of developing a healthy and stable relationship with the therapist. Commonly used to treat social anxiety, mood instability, trauma, and substance use.
CFT helps those who struggle with the shame and self-criticism that can result from early experiences of abuse or neglect. CFT teaches clients to cultivate skills in compassion and self-compassion, which can help regulate mood and lead to feelings of safety, self-acceptance, and comfort. Effectively treats long-term emotional problems including anxiety, mood, and personality disorders psychosis.
Trauma focused therapy addresses the specific emotional and mental health needs of children, adolescents, adult survivors, and families who are struggling to overcome the destructive effects of early trauma. Treats anyone who has experienced a single or repeated experience of sexual, physical, or mental abuse or who has developed PTSD, depression, or anxiety as a result of the loss or exposure to violence in the home or community
Cultural Sensitivity and Multicultural Therapy is a method of therapeutic counseling that considers the different factors that affect racial, ethnic, and other types of minorities, including historical oppression and its effects on society. Multicultural counseling also takes into account disabilities, health conditions, gender, sexual orientation, living conditions, and more.
Family therapy is a branch of psychotherapy that is meant to help initiate change and nurture development in intimate relationships between family members and couples. There are a range of counseling techniques used for family therapy including: relationship counseling, structural therapy, strategic therapy, systemic therapy, narrative therapy, transgenerational therapy, communication therapy and psychoeducation.
